The Heritage Lottery Fund have responded positively to our 'Expression of Interest'. They say:
From the information provided your project is eligible for funding and has the potential to meet outcomes for the programme. You have some interesting ideas for the end use of the building and some solid proposals for the preparatory studies necessary.

They have given us some great feedback and tips. This doesn't actually give us funds as yet, it just confirms that we can now apply for a start up grant.
